요약 · GoToPin은 여러분의 개인정보를 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 여행 기록·사진·위치 등 모든 데이터는 여러분의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 광고(Google AdMob)와 지도 기능을 위해서만 일부 데이터가 사용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

GoToPin은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 계정 정보 등 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다. 여러분이 앱에 입력한 여행 기록·사진·메모·위치 핀은 모두 여러분의 기기 내부에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 사용하는 권한

다음 권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때만 요청되며, 수집·전송 목적이 아닙니다.

3. 데이터 저장 방식

모든 데이터(여행, 사진, 설정, 수집한 뱃지)는 기기 내 localStorage 및 IndexedDB에 저장됩니다. 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 데이터도 모두 삭제됩니다.

4. 제3자 서비스

  • Google AdMob — 광고 표시를 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID)를 사용할 수 있습니다. (Google 개인정보처리방침)
  • OpenStreetMap — 지도 타일 표시에 사용됩니다.
  • Nominatim / Overpass (OpenStreetMap) — 장소 검색·지오코딩 시 좌표·검색어가 전송됩니다.

5. 여행 공유 기능

여행을 링크로 공유할 경우, 여행 정보는 URL 자체에 인코딩되어 전달됩니다. 당사 서버에 저장되지 않으며, 링크를 받은 사람만 내용을 볼 수 있습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보

GoToPin은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 계정·채팅·메시지 기능이 없습니다.

7. 광고 및 동의

유럽(EEA), 영국, 스위스 사용자에게는 관련 법규(GDPR)에 따라 개인 맞춤형/비맞춤형 광고에 대한 동의를 요청할 수 있습니다. 동의는 기기 설정 또는 광고 동의 화면에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

8. 사용자 권리

모든 데이터가 기기에 저장되므로 여러분이 완전히 통제합니다. 앱 내에서 데이터를 보고, 삭제하고, 내보낼 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.

9. 방침 변경

본 방침은 필요에 따라 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 시 상단의 "최종 업데이트" 날짜에 반영됩니다.

In short · GoToPin does not collect or transmit your personal data to any server. All of your trips, photos, and location data are stored only on your device. Some data is used solely for advertising (Google AdMob) and map features.

1. Information We Collect

GoToPin does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or account data. There is no sign-up or login. All trips, photos, notes, and location pins you enter are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally.

2. Permissions We Use

The following permissions are requested only when you use the related feature, and not for collection or transmission.

3. Data Storage

All data (trips, photos, settings, collected badges) is stored on your device using localStorage and IndexedDB. It is never sent to any server, and uninstalling the app removes all stored data.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google AdMob — may use your Advertising ID to serve ads. (Google Privacy Policy)
  • OpenStreetMap — used to display map tiles.
  • Nominatim / Overpass (OpenStreetMap) — coordinates and search terms are sent when searching places or geocoding.

5. Trip Sharing

When you share a trip via link, the trip data is encoded into the URL itself. It is not stored on our servers, and only the recipient of the link can view it.

6. Children's Privacy

GoToPin is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. There are no accounts, chat, or messaging features.

7. Advertising & Consent

For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we may request consent for personalized/non-personalized ads in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR). Consent can be changed in device settings or the ad consent screen.

8. Your Rights

Because all data is stored on your device, you have full control. You can view, delete, and export your data within the app, and uninstalling the app permanently deletes everything.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as needed; changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.
